SD40-2 on the road - part 1 (Brazil)
Author: pedrop

On Sunday 01/28 I found a couple of ex-MRS SD40-2 on trailers being moved on BR-040 from Conselheiro Lafaiete, MG to Salgueiro, PE. I followed them for 15 Km to get some pictures. The units were transfered to TLSA, a new broad gauge railroad under construction in the Northeast. It will be a 2,250 km trip on the road.

1 - 2) Units 5215 and 5228 in Cristiano Otoni, MG
3) Passing by the trailer with unit 5228.
