International Railroad Discussion > Ralfaning in downtown BH (Brazil) - part 1Date: 03/10/24 15:58 Ralfaning in downtown BH (Brazil) - part 1 Author: pedrop Yesterday afternoon, I was in Belo Horizonte city (BH) with wife and while she was in the mall, I went to the Santa Ifigênia station of the Metro BH system. I took some pic from the walkway and from the plarform. I also took ride to Horto Florestal station to see more MRS.
In this part 1, I am showing MRS cement train O772 passing by the BH corridor bound to Barreiro yard (FBO). 1 - 2) O772 passing by Santa Ifigênia station; 3) The train had some box cars and some all door canvas side flat cars with bagged cement just after the locomotives. Several of the drivers that raced in the Indy Car series here in the USA were from Belo Horizonte and I wondered what it looked like.

MRS and Rumo rr use a small fred in the last but one car because their trains receive pushers in some locations.
