Sounds like a bit of politics here. In my Wall St days, we had a bond trader who had quite the CV, mostly false. In ten years on the trading desk, he was always in the top five in production ( profits). so nothing was done. He retired after 30 years, still at the top.

The company I worked for was involved in some of the corruption and fraud. I knew something was fishy but couldn't figure out what. Fortunately I left before it came to light. TAW |
