Layout and MCP files are on ATCS Board for download........ am thinking that it is only activated between Conemaugh, PA to Johnstown, PA. No further. If the NS equipment where activated in the other areas towards Cresson, I would have thought Alex would have gotten Tom Davis to host the server at the Inn for coverage, which makes my believe that maybe NS hasn't activated the equipment or the equipment isn't readied for ATCS?

Maybe a few of those West Slope gang on TO can shine some light on this?

There's no light to shine... ATCS is only in service between South Fork and Johnstown (CP-SO and CP-JW) and there are no servers there.
If there was something to get in Cresson, you bet Tom Davis would have a server!
