V500 Problem

First - I think the V500 is a super scanner. Does great work on 35mm..

I recently came across some large format negative 616, I believe. The scanner wants do divide the image into two parts.

Any ideas on how to overcome this?

Uncheck the "Thumbnail" box (under the preview button) and create a preview scan of the the image. When the preview comes up, use the "+" over the image to manually select the area you want to scan, then press the scan button.
