Funny you should post that. I was in little ol' Libby, Montana last week and they still have a mom & pop run Radio Shack; with a sign, "We are here to stay!".

The ones that survived pay low rent, made a profit, and generally not within spitting distance of a Sprint store.
The MBA's in Fort Worth made the decsions.
