Railfan Technology > TO, IE11 and Win 10Date: 11/27/15 15:11 TO, IE11 and Win 10 Author: DocJohn After I scanned numerous slides in this afternoon, I did not want to move the images to the PC I normally use for TO (Firefox under Ubuntu 15.10) and other nontechnical web browsing, so I logged out and closed down TO. I then went to PC with Win 10 and IE11, and tried to login to TO. It would accept my login. I had to use MS EDGE instead. Is this a known problem with TO, IE 11 and Win 10?
John Date: 11/27/15 15:24 Re: TO, IE11 and Win 10 Author: TrainordersSupport No, I am able to login with IE11 and Windows 10 without any problem. Take a look at your security settings in IE11 and see if it is blocking the ability to accept a cookie file, as a cookie is required for authentication with our server.

my preferences had to be reset; apparently this clearing of preferences happens with most major operating system updates to both Windows and Macintosh. |
