Does any live in the Phoenix area that might be able to program my Radio Shack Pro 97 Scanner for me? Tried to do it myself and did have not muck luck. I can come to you.

I don't live in the area but you could take a look at Mark's Scanners which walk you thru all the steps for programming the Pro-97.
Radioreference will give you the frequencies.
