Railfan Technology > GPS Enabled Camcorder

I just purchased a semi-pro Sony camcorder with GPS. I didn't buy that model just because it has GPS, but the more I think about it, the more being able to geotag video clips (and still photos also), in our area of interest should be very useful. It is still enroute from NYC, so it'll be awhile before I do anything in that area, but we'll see. As far as posting clips here on TO, I guess it has no value or function. But somehow perhaps a link to something that uses that data could enhance it, anyway.
