Nikon Z6 vs D-750, Sony a7III low light performance.
Author: K3HX

Sky & Telescope for August, 2019 has a test report comparing the
low light abilities  of these cameras.

Although focusing on astronomical concerns, the article has tips
useful for long exposure, available light railfan photography.

Also software kinks for improving long-exposure photography are
mentioned in the article.

Be Well,

Thanks, will look at that.  When Z-6 came out, I was  interested in replacing 750 but overall what I read not so anymore.

I toyed with the idea of getting a Z6. But I didn’t care for using that funky adapter to use my existing lenses, or buying new lenses, of which there isn’t a great selection of.

I think investing in good glass for your existing cameras is a better approach.
