I'm looking for a computerized version of hi-liting rail routes on an atlas, if something like this exists; thanks. Date: 02/05/25 18:47 Re: Software Database for rail travel routes? Author: casco17 To answer my own question: travelmapping.net has added a separate database to map out completed rail travels. It is an all-volunteer work-in-progress; so far they have included all of the Amtrak routes and most US-based commuter lines and transit lines. They have *some* tourist/heritage lines, and they even included rail-like shuttles that exist in airports (such as Denver and Orlando). Overseas routes are limited; several countries have commuter/light rail lines included, but main lines have not yet been added. It's a start.
