Try the Freemake video downloader from https://www.freemake.com

The free. limited use version puts a watermark on the video.  If you like the product, buying it turns off the watermarking and removes restrictions.  It couldn't be easier to use.

I've also used Debut Video Capture, from NCH Software, to record video streams.  It works fine and costs less, but is more complicated to use.
