Eastern Railroad Discussion > NS 15R with the Original NS 8114Date: 03/27/24 22:46 NS 15R with the Original NS 8114 Author: jdrtrainwatcher On Saturday 3/23/24, NS 15R (Linwood, NC to Columbia, SC) was caught making it's way south with NS ES44AC #8114(Original NS Heritage) leading BNSF ES44DC #7865 and NS C44-9W #9774 making for a colorful lashup.
15R is 1st seen tied down at South Advance in Charlotte, NC waiting on the outbounc Columbia crew. Then the train is seen soaring across the Catawba River in Rock Hill, SC.
