~~~ posted this yesterday on this nice "heritage" lash-up GECX8355 is snoot nosed speed lettered SD40T-2 or the ex-SP8355 UP2829 is an SD40T-2 or derated, rebuilt SD45T-2 as the ex-SP9192 (was speed lettered) NS8873 is a C40-9 UP1825 is a B40-8 as the ex-UP5634 and former B39-8E as the ex-SP8025 (in 1999 UP upgraded the software of this particular locomotive class to make them all B40-8's).
