The October meeting of the Central Coast Chapter, NRHS, will be held Friday, Oct. 21, at 8:00 p.m. in the meeting room of the South Bay Historical Railroad Society at the historic Santa Clara SP Depot, 1005 Railroad Ave., Santa Clara 95050.

Everyone is welcome to attend.

The evening’s program will be given by Central Coast Secretary Wade Frasch. He’ll be giving a presentation using digital projection on the construction and opening of Valley Transportation Authority’s new Vasona Light Rail extension from San Jose to Campbell, which opened Oct. 1.
