It's considered the SP's (UP's) Cascade Line once you get below Chemult. Sure the GN(BN; BNSF) had/has trackage rights, but it isn't the "Trunk" any more.
It does look like the country around Chemult to me, although it obviously isn't Chemult proper. And Bend, for the record, is a big city now... it doesn't look wide-open like this any more...
