Which set (SP, SSW, D&RGW, etc.?), and in which time period? The T-2s have been shuffled around and renumbered a fair number of times.

Mike, you might want to consider the Oakway SD-60 turn back units.
I don't think they'll lease out the whole block and a couple should
be available at a decent price.

My favortie railroad that have SD40T-2's is the yellow and black NYSW railroad. Because i think those ex-Southern Pacific(SP) tunnel mortor's look kick butt in the spotless yellow and black colors of the NYSW RR.

Some SD40Ts I've seen are number in 2800 series.

As for the Grandes, most of the remaining ones are now in the UP 28xx and UP 98xx range. Can't speak for the other two without further research.
