Western Railroad Discussion > wind turbines on IC&E in IowaDate: 04/07/08 11:39 wind turbines on IC&E in Iowa Author: pummer On Saturday I saw a number of cars with wind turbine components in the siding at Postville, Iowa on the IC&E. Does anyone know where these parts come from and how are the routed to Postville? A local told me they were being trucked from Postville to near Spring Valley, Minnesota for assembly. The cars looked quite like the ones that were posted on this website yesterday.
