WSOR 2051?

The WSOR 2051 is sitting in the BNSF Galesburg, IL yard and came in yesterday on the M CHCGAL1 09A. It shows OFFLINE, no other trace available. Anyone have an idea what is going on with this unit?

Last I heard was that this unit was headed to a grain elevator somewhere in Nebraska. But this still needs to be confirmed.
