The unit is a 4300 horsepower locomotive with an isolated cab. She is an uprated version of the SD70M that Santa Fe and Canadian National purchased. This unit is no longer manufactured, having been replaced in the catalogue by the SD70M-2 (the D.C. sister to the A.C. SD70ACE). Go here and look up the number, which is in big white numbers on the side of the cab: http://www.thedieselshop.us/CN.HTML You'll see that it is an EMD SD75I, type aformentioned model into wikipedia to find: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EMD_SD75I Oh the web, what a powerful resource...if only we knew how to utilize it.
