Shades of Fall
Author: Jefflocal

Well maybe just one shade. I got lucky today with a train
that doesn't normally work weekends and a tree that loses it's leaves
very quickly. Here's Portland & Western 2305 rolling along the Willamette
River (the river is about 100 feet beyond the engine) at Albany,OR with
the aptly named Albany hauler. This train and crew is only a couple of
miles from the end of it's run to Eugene and back. Hope you enjoy this
view of fall from Oregon.

Great photo, it matches the locomotive very well. The Willamette Valley is a beautiful place during Fall, especially along the PNWR lines!
