WSOR E9a #101 (6-axles, 2400hp, built by EMD 4/1956)
NORTHERN PLAINS baggage car
NORTHERN PASS baggage car
Milwaukee Road Caboose 02012

**The train was to be pulled by SOO LINE 1003 (2-8-2 Mikado), but a mechanical issue kept her home in Hartford Wisconsin

Wow! Great stuff. Wish I would have known... was up there at Milton/Janesville all afternoon the 2nd. Saw the MILW caboose at Milton, but just didn't realize what was going to take place. Thanks for posting.

Interesting to note that while the "Mars" trademark is clearly visible in the tenth shot (Set 4, #1), the videos show a circular oscillation pattern more typical of Pyle National Gyralights. The shape of the plate holding the lamps doesn't match the Mars SBWR-5000-1:
