Surfliner 796 Stuck San Juan Capistrano

Anyone know why the Surfliner is sitting at San Juan Cap , its 12:59am PT. Neen here 20 minutes or so and was about 20 min late People on the platform for some reason, curiosity? I gather its an order , she did come in to the station I guess on her own . . I just happened to check the cam and it was sitting there. I assume its 796

Me cant tell time either it was 11:59 ., which another member was so happy to point out to me. Im subtracting 3 from 2:59 here and getting 12:59 . All I had to do was look at the time on the video , Im getting senile.

I heard that there was a broken rail some where between San Juan Capistrano and Oceanside.
