Might need a slightly larger than normal rerailing frog.

Or a Atlas Rerailing Track, just grab it pick it up and slide it back and Forth and it will be Oakie Doakie

Looks like it might have gone over a derail that actually WORKED as God had intended!

Locomotives always seem to slide off the track so easy, but are Killers to Rerail in Snow, Pounding Rain and Bitter Cold

Yep, I bet there is a derail under there.

I was thinking that was caused by a derail as well.

I wonder if it was being operated by remote? "Hey guy with the belt pack, do you KNOW where your engine is?"

If there was someone in the cab, I think they would be requesting an new pair of shorts. That would have been a crazy ride.

The problem is being that it's a remote controlled elevator locomotive, the RCO is not an experienced locomotive engineer on top of the fact that he is operating from the ground from a distance so he doesn't really know what his engine is doing.
So my bet is that he grabbed way too many loaded grain hoppers and when he applied the indpendent brake it slid right through the derail.

A google overhead hot of the elevator clearly shows a derail under where the third car which is on the rails is sitting!
