Western Railroad Discussion > UP 1982 in California Sunshine

Well it's not actually a one unit wonder. Union Pacific 1982 was serving as the rear DPU on the IG3OA-15 this morning. This train got out of Sparks early this morning and came through Sacramento just before noon. Knowing this, I rode my bike out on the causeway between Sacramento and Davis. Here I setup for a perpendicular shot of the 1982. I got lucky as the sun decided to peak through the clouds right as the train came through. It turned out to be the first decent shot of 1982 I've taken. Hope you enjoy!
