Jolly Ole Saint Nick in Salem
Author: SilvertonRR100

Black Friday was not bad, what with the first appearences of the Jolly Fellow himself. In Salem, Oregon, Santa took to the rails to reach his first engagement near downtown. Portland & Western 3005 got the nod to replace the reindeer today and we seen Santa and the Mrs riding point coming down Front Street. Ho Ho Ho! (he must be a model railroader in his spare time!)

Dear Santa,

I am writing on behalf of my large extended family. Once again we wish to
apoligze to you for the actions of our distant cousin that occured in
Salem, Oregon in November of 2012. Apparently he saw fit to write up
a couple of good hearted people impersonating you and your wife
for breaking a railroad rule.

We realize he was cranky old SOB and hope that you would only hold him
responsible and leave his large and extended family out of it.

We would appreicate it if you would stop gifting each of our family members
with a healthy lump of coal each Christmas. The carbon taxes are killing us.

Thanks in Advance.

Rusty

PS: I've heard rumors that you have a pretty extensive list of bad girls, care to share?
