Major Flooding in Progress in San Antonio

More than eight inches -- with radar estimated amounts near ten -- of rain have fallen in San Antonio during the last five hours. Major flooding is occurring in a number of areas. While I do not have specifics on the rail lines, it is likely train traffic is being affected.

Trains are still moving at a very slowpace. Flash Flood warnings on all Subdivisions in the area.

Somewhere in the area ABC had video of a stopped freight surrounded by water being led by KCS power.

Small washout by the golf course in Olmos Park. Train stopped short of the wash out..
