a rare visitor to the so cal coast
Author: tc

I saw a headsup of a rare visitor to the so cal coast today so off I went to hunt her down. This turn out to be a repo train from east L.A.  to CP sudden on the UP coast route. 1st is the power rounding the curve at chatsworth on the metrolink coast line. 2nd is a side shot, 3rd is the train N/B in simi valley at CP Madera.

Your first shot looks almost like a model railroad to me. Great set of photos.

   A '58 Chevy, that appears to have been altered a little bit.

I really like that view in #7 with the Ocean. Also, perfect timing with that old car cruising past:}

TC, by running all the way up to Bates Road you managed to get beyond the high-sun. Really well done!

Note in the last image, the original BCR red is started to bleed through on the roof.
