Interesting that JB Hunt and Maerske are not in either top ten.....

Of the temperaure controlled carriers, Greatwide is the only one I haven't seen on BNSF or UP trains.  Do they run under another name?

They are regional and mostly delivery to stores, so no intermodal.

Hunt got out of the temp-controlled business. Maersk does not do domestic boxes. Temp-controlled international-box traffic is not shown in these counts.

Rob, I saw a BNSF Q-train yesterday with a number of refrigerated JB Hunt containers on it.

Yes, I see Hunt reefers on BNSF Atlanta and Memphis trains , every train.
