Western Railroad Discussion > FWWR-Pipe trains and a little frac sand.

While Fort Worth and Westerns business in no where near what it was last year at this time we are still seeing westbound loaded pipetrains with U.P power. The Frac sand ​business on the other hand doesnt make much sense at all. I have been told ALL the San Angelo (Permain basin) sand trains are gone for good yet for some unexplained reason there still drilling wells in easten New Mexico! Recently KCS power has once again shown up on FWWR pulling sand trains!!! Anyone else know abbout this operation?
