Yes, I know we're almost a month into fall, but as seems to be habit (for me at least), I've edited and staged a large group of photos to post on here, and instead of posting them at regular intervals, I just keep adding to the file. 

Below is a 'sample' of some of my favorite images, taken from all over the Midwest, since the month of June.

1. Running just over 2 hours late, AMTK A6 24 finds a pocket of low sunlight as it crosses the Platte River bridge at Linoma Beach, NE - 06/26
2. Returning back to Hobson Yard in Lincoln, BNSF train H LINLIN1 26T (Lincoln-Omaha turn) passes a fertile corn field between Greenwood and Waverly, NE - 06/26
3. BNSF's Cement City local passes Kansas City's Union Station on it's way back to BNSF's Argentine Yard, as seen from the W. Pennway overpass - Kansas City, MO - 06/29

4. With the SP heritage unit on point, UP train QNLNP 07 splits the signals at CP Z028 Linwood - Linwood, KS - 07/08
5. BNSF 8192 and 3 more GEs power an EB Q train through 'the trench' along the Kansas City Terminal mainline, as seen from the vestibule of The Swift Stream, on the rear of AMTK 314 - Kansas City, MO - 07/09
6. Skirting the Missouri River on former MOP territory, UP 1982 leads train GMFCE4 10 through Waverly, MO - 07/12

7. An interesting assortment of power and railcars makes up the head-end of UP train LMR41 14 as it passes through the Old Union Depot Interlocker in Kansas City, MO - 07/14
8. A pair of ex ATSF SD40-2s bring UP train YKS75 14 (UP Neff-UP 18th Street transfer) past CP K001 Hickory Street at State Line - Kansas City, KS - 07/14
9. A former UP, ex SP, nee CGW SD40M-2 brings Missouri & Northern Arkansas train KCMNA 15 up hill at Lee's Summit, MO - 07/15

10. NS 8114, the original Norfolk Southern heritage unit, brings NS train 239 past the ex. WAB searchlight signals at De Witt, MO - 07/17
11. Relocating to Carrollton, MO the train is seen approaching the US HWY 65 overpass - 07/17
12. A CSXT CW40-8, Wheeling & Lake Erie SD40-2, NS SD70ACU & NS SD70M-2 power BNSF train U CXHHUT0 15T West at Lebo, KS - 07/18
