Does the Bridge Tender's Building still exist in Atchison, KS?

I missed it on my most recent visit to Atchison, but does the incredibly ornate bridge tender's building still exist in Atchison, KS?  And if it does, who owns it?  Any recent pictures?  I know Atchison prides itself on its' amazing collection of find old homes and structures that still survive to this day, that building looks to be another gem....

I know it was still there when I shot 844 going around the curve for the first time ever a few years ago. I can't remember if I've seen it since or not. I has UP building number signs on it so atleast they claim it.

It was still there as of last June when I was there while shooting the Fall City Sub.
