Vulcan Rock Train (RVUSU-25) heads north off the UP Mojave Sub past Palmdale Junction.  Then it holds the main down clear of some crossings, while the crew swaps ends for a trip down the Valley Sub.  While waiting on the rock train Metrolink 265 passed by.  Sorry the video ends just as the rock train is about to my location on the trip south.  On the way up from San Diego, somehow my GoPro had gotten on "One Button" mode which ended up with the camera making a really boring 2 hour video on the way up, so the battery was pretty low and died on me!

Too bad there never was a connection from the northbound track to the eastbound track at Palmdale.
