Who is FTRL? Label on the slide says Granite City, IL.

Foster Townsend Rail Logistics LLC. They do contract switching around the Fairview Heights area. Someone else might be able to provide details on their operations.

Don't have any operations info but here are FTRL's locomotives. Knew that one was ex Manufactures RR from the paint.

Foster Townsend correct.At the time this was leased to Lewis & Clark bulk services.It is no longer in the area.
