BNSF track currently out of service
Author: bradleymckay

The BNSF webpage has a map showing out of service track. Wasn't aware track is out of service east of Alliance, NE AND west and south of Aberdeen, SD. There is water over the track at Ravenna,NE...not sure how all the coal loads and empties are being rerouted.

Any of that traffic coming south to Sterling - Brush and then east of the Akron Sub?

That would be a good possible route if the infrastructure can handle it.  It's all single-track CTC with sidings.

Up to the Canyon Sub, then west, I'd guess.
