Western Railroad Discussion > BNSF track currently out of serviceDate: 03/15/19 17:18 BNSF track currently out of service Author: bradleymckay The BNSF webpage has a map showing out of service track. Wasn't aware track is out of service east of Alliance, NE AND west and south of Aberdeen, SD. There is water over the track at Ravenna,NE...not sure how all the coal loads and empties are being rerouted.

That would be a good possible route if the infrastructure can handle it. It's all single-track CTC with sidings.
