Do Up or BNSF still use manned helpers on Tehachapi, or are the DPUs taking care of that?

The answer is no except. If a train get into trouble on single track and cannot make it up to Tehachapi they will call helpers to get the train up to Tehachapi. In the passed if a UP train get into trouble on single track they will call BNSF helpers is no UP power or crews in Bakersfield.
