Western Railroad Discussion > Bloomer LineDate: 03/06/20 19:50 Bloomer Line Author: Q4960 On Friday March 6th the Bloomier Line in central Illinois made a delivery of about 40 covered hoppers of grain to the Norfolk Southern in Gibson City. By the time I got word of the move it was a short chase for me but worth while. Two locomotives were working hard on the front and another pushing. #7591 is classified as a GP10 but was originally built as a GP9 in September 1958 and was NP 370. The first photo was taken just north of Sibley and the other two in town.
