Western Railroad Discussion > Light Engines Drifting West Down THE HILLDate: 03/19/20 19:24 Light Engines Drifting West Down THE HILL Author: BoilingMan Another light power move. I've seen several of these lately, but it's not really a "scientific" sampling- it could easily just be chance that I've looked up at the right time.
Nice sunny morning on Donner after 5 days of snow. SR Date: 03/19/20 20:54 Re: Light Engines Drifting West Down THE HILL Author: donner_dude1 BoilingMan Wrote:

A much easier time chasing trains back then plus you had the lead engine number. if the lead engine begin with UP 52XX you knew to take a pass on it. These are the mostly charred/blackened Sparks DPU engines. Although in recent years they have begun painting some of these. The operator simply gave me a motor car operators line-up flimsy. He did one in the morning and an update at noon.
Never even considered getting a scanner. SR Date: 03/19/20 21:23 Re: Light Engines Drifting West Down THE HILL Author: PHall You're getting pretty good with that drone Steve. But can you walk your dog with like that guy in Israel can. It's in the news today.
