Western Railroad Discussion > Shadows at Ludlow & PhotoBob's celebration tree.Date: 06/03/20 11:28 Shadows at Ludlow & PhotoBob's celebration tree. Author: DonWinslow Well folks, old PhotoBob has hit a milestone. The old boy (ancient) is one of the oldest photographers to post train stuff on TO. If ya look closely at the photo, there is a tree just sticking out in front of the engine on the fireman's side. This tree resembles the old goat in that it's well beyond it's prime by being bent over, dried up, falling down, and has no hair (leaves). Oh well, at least he still posts some great photos and that's worth a celebration.:>)
Waiting for his answer............ Don Winslow Glendora, CA http://www.donwinslow.net/Railroads Date: 06/03/20 12:02 Re: Shadows at Ludlow & PhotoBob's celebration tree. Author: callum_out Words fail me.

Grin! Dave Date: 06/03/20 14:00 Re: Shadows at Ludlow & PhotoBob's celebration tree. Author: photobob Oh Don you say the nicest things and I thought you just didn't like me. Now if I could just work a petrified tree into a train photo I could make a few comments about your resemblance to a tree.

Wow Jack, I thought the fireman always sat oposite the engineer just like you do on any engine you happen to be in. I was gonna have PhotoBob explain to you where the tree was but he can't see that well with his advanced age. Her's lucky to see the end of his nose.
