In the middle of last week I headed to the office and by happenstance I crossed paths, literally, with the UP local also heading to North Richland. 
By the time I looped around the highway I ended up passing the entire train of 17 empty refers including a single old 57-footer, 6- cottonseed/chip car loads and an empty gon. 
After stopping and watching them pass once I got ahead again to a favorite spot to grab a video.

Thanks for the comments. That tree along with the others in this spot on the edge of a parking lot make it an enjoyable location when the two locals, and occasional unit train, pass through.
