It was another just plain HOT and windy day in Ritzville, WA on the BNSF Lakeside Sub. The High-low so fsr is 101-70. Heat to stick around for the weekend in the mid 90's. Another hard day to be outside for any length of time. Traffic has been slow today with only 14 trains since midnight. I'm sure the high heat has something to do with it. Probably will get busy after 6pm. Here are some trains from yesterday and today, plus a look back.

7/30/2020

1. WB 406pm grain train with BNSF 6678-9012 on the point with DPU and a friendly toot-toot from the hogger.
2. WB 457pm grain train with BNSF 7844-3991 on the pull with DPU.
3. BNSF 485609 NPHeritage Hopper rolling in same train.

4. WB 545pm garbage/manifest train with BNSF 4305-6112 on the point with no DPU and a friendly toot-toot from the hogger.
5. EB 756pm grain train with BNSF 5047 on the pull with DPU.
6. DPU BNSF 7717 on same train.
