Interesting that CN is making heritage units out of yard slug units (heritage Canadian National paint and now the Illinois Central). I guess it makes sense if they are getting assigned to a yard for the former road name. Does anyone know what the parent unit will be? How about does anyone know if any other heritage slugs are planned?

Thanks for sharing the photos of what Progress Rail in Tacoma is putting out.
