The intent was to frame the 3-89-3 clinker train on Track 1 coming past a track inspection truck stopped on Track 2 at Cajon today, but a westbound 3x0 domestic container arrived on Track 3 first.

Looks like you did frame it.  Could certainly use a Mac Industries billboard at a time like this.
