Author: jmulhol2 An 83-car North St. Louis, MO ("ADM Grain" facility) --to-- Crystal, ND (loop track at the "Columbia Grain International, LLC" grain elevator) westbound loaded unit fertilizer train in a 3x0 power configuration is seen here screeching as it leans into a curve upon departure from the far west end of the BNSF Grand Forks, ND, train yard to enter the BNSF Glasston Subdivision during the mostly sunny late morning hours of 02/20/2024. Note the white-ish fertilizer product spilling over the top sides of some of these old rusty three-bay covered hopper cars.

I didn’t realize BN had so many versions of color scheme on its covered hoppers, and to see them still earning their keep after all these years.
