BNSF Boeing Turn GP38-2's 2080 and 2081 head into Government Pier in Mukilteo, WA for a lunch break. Later, they will run out to Monroe, WA on the Scenic Sub to do some work.

Don't know that last time I've seen a step rider on a moving loco. Beautiful day for trackside time there too.

I had just arrived. He was standing by the switch as the locos came off the dock. He got aboard with what looked like a backpack, so I don't know if someone had to get off and he was replacing them. Then the locos went back to the dock. The only thing I heard on the scanner was a discussion about where to tie up for lunch.
