Caught this in British Columbia a few years back. Pandrol Jackson working on some turnouts.

I guess it would make sense that there would be times something is needed to do small areas, without having to bring the whole big one out. This one almost looks like it has a Euro origin.

CPRchris' photo has the pony trucks/platforms added to allow space for dust collectors.
