Austin White Lime has been priducing high quality lime products at their plant at McNeil Texas for well over 100 years. AWL is the reason for McNeil's existence to begin with and for what's still there which includes a general store which sits just nw of the railroad doamond, and at the plant entrance. Right across from the site of this store, here was the AWL plant "switch" engine switching a loaded covered hopper onto the loads out pickup track. No air test was performed prior to this movement,
