McNeil Texas is where the old SP/T&NO branchline to the rock quarries near Marble Falls and Llano Texas crossed the exMoP mainline just north of Austin TX about 15 miles or so. McNeil has been featured in published photos over the years. Here is the empty SATX coal train this afternoon northbound about to hit the diamond at McNeil on its way back to Wyoming.
