There was a discussion a while ago about the large porch on NREX 9402. Well, here's another photo to prove it's real and not just someone's photoshop creation.

Wow, that porch just cries out for a BBQ grill, a coouple of lawn chairs, and a kiddie pool!

NREX 9402 is a former SP/SSW SD45T-2 ... Note the Tunnel-motor style rear steps and the rear anticlimber. The ultraporch space is just the right length where the 45T radiator carbody section would have been situated. The shorter SD40-2 radiator section appears to have come from an ex-NS/N&W/Southern unit ... note the high mounted crossing bell bracket.

yup, all covered back in September when people thought it was a fake doctored photo. Ya gottas use your eyes people! Sometimes the small group of critics just really tick me off...

Thanks for the link to the thread espeeboy. I'm a heritage member, so I couldn't search for it to include with my post. That's why I mentioned it was discussed before.
