ADM CF-7 What is this?

Any idea what the red thing is in the blue stripe? Looks like some sort of button. Wouldn't think it would be an emergency fuel cutoff, as it seems pretty easy to bump into.

If this unit is Remote Controlled, it could be an emergency stop---plug it button

Most ADM units are equipped with "Hotstart" engine block heaters. This looks like the plug in for the Hotstart.
